ELCC Wins Premier Award from Cisco Networking Academy for 2025

The E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC), affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), has received the Premier Award from Cisco Networking Academy in the Instructor Training Center category for 2025.

The award was presented during the Cisco Networking Academy Partner Conference, held on January 13-14 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Outstanding Efforts

This milestone marks the third consecutive year that ELCC has been recognized for its outstanding efforts and unwavering commitment to advancing the success of instructors and students within the Cisco Networking Academy.

The Center ranks among the top 10% of Cisco Networking Academy partners worldwide and is accredited as a Cisco Instructor Training Center (ITC) and an Academy Support Center (ASC).

Training

ELCC qualifies and certifies new and current instructors from Cisco Academies by implementing Training of Trainers (TOT) programs and preparing them to deliver foundational and specialized courses. This contributes to transferring expertise and upskilling students, empowering them to thrive in the labor market.

Partnership with Cisco

Since its establishment in 2004 in partnership with Cisco, ELCC has been dedicated to bridging the gap between labor market needs and requirements by offering training programs targeting all segments of Egyptian society.

These programs include learners across various educational levels, employees within the public and private sectors, youth, entrepreneurs, and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Pivotal Role

The Center also plays a pivotal role in developing and ensuring sustainability of Cisco Academies through its ASC role by selecting and accrediting academies and instructors from diverse training centers. In this regard, ELCC is committed to supporting academies and instructors in applying required quality standards, monitoring authorized academies and their instructors, and driving growth within academies while expanding the number of student beneficiaries.

Training Courses

In collaboration with leading multinationals, ELCC selects qualified instructors to provide training courses, facilitating access to the targeted groups nationwide.

In addition, the Center offers specialized educational courses, covering basic digital skills, entrepreneurship, IT essentials, networking basics, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and programming, delivered through a comprehensive e-learning environment.
