Equipping Trainees with Advanced Digital Skills
The Minister and the Director of the Military Academy were briefed on the latest developments in the implementation of the training programs, which aim to equip trainees with advanced digital skills and strengthen their capabilities in modern technology fields, enhancing their readiness for the labor market and contributing to the development of qualified digital professionals.
Four specialized tracks have been activated under the Specialized Diploma Program (9 months), namely: AI-Based Software Development, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Applied Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Developing Qualified Digital Talent
Dr. Amr Talaat emphasized the importance of the initiative in preparing qualified young professionals as a cornerstone for building Digital Egypt, noting that the initiative is open to all young men and women from various academic and professional backgrounds and from all governorates across Egypt.
He expressed his appreciation to Lt. Gen. Growing Demand for ICT Talent
Dr. Talaat highlighted the growing importance of the communications and information technology sector due to its integration across all industries, which has led to increased demand for specialized ICT talent. He noted that global outsourcing centers established by international companies in Egypt employ Egyptian youth, pointing to the recent signing of 55 outsourcing agreements with global companies to create 75,000 job opportunities for young men and women over the next three years.
He added that the Digilians initiative qualifies its participants to compete for job opportunities in global companies both inside and outside Egypt.
