Seven Programs that all entrepreneurs shouldn't miss this month!

For all entrepreneurs; those who have business ideas, or those who already have their startups and wish to take it to the next level, here are seven different entrepreneurship programs you really don’t want to miss applying to this month:

  • AUC Venture Lab’s 8th cycle

AUC Venture Lab startup acceleration program runs in two cycles per year where each cycle includes around 10 startups. It provides these startups with an intensive acceleration experience for three months, followed by a longer incubation cycle of a year.

  • Ebda3 Incubator

Ebda3 is a new incubator specialized in the digital media field; it aims at developing the startups to be qualified to get an investment that is relative to its services and the size of the Egyptian and Arabic market. The incubator includes six different aspects, which are: Virtual Reality, Ed Tech, Electronic Games, Augmented Reality, Multimedia, and Unified Communication.

It’s a new program - launched by AWTAD – that has three different stages; Thinkubator, Start Up, and Scale Up. The program targets entrepreneurs in their most challenging years (0-3 years) and are ready to take their projects and ideas all the way to growth and stability as a fully formulated company. The first round of UP Communities program in 2017 will start on 27th of January.

  • TIEC Entrepreneurship Accelerator program

TIEC Entrepreneurship Accelerator (TEA) is a system of events designed to promote entrepreneurship among the ICT community. The Accelerator has been developed to empower entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow their business and provide them with the skills to make them better entrepreneurs and leaders. The program will consist of 12 weeks of coaching workshops - from February to May 2017.

It’s an intensive incubation program launched by Injaz Egypt. It aims at getting the participants’ startups ready for growth and further investment. All Egyptian citizens aged between 21 to 30 years old, with 2 to 5 team members, who have no previous investment, and who have experience relative to the idea they’re presenting, can apply to the Startup Egypt 2017 program.

  • TIEC Incubation Program (Start IT)

It is a one year incubator program that provides the winners with up to 120k EGP of in-kind services, a working space with internet access, basic hardware and software tools during incubation time, and access to technical subject-matter advisory, business consulting and mentoring.

It’s a program launched by Amideast and Citi foundation, which will provide Egyptian youth with training, access to resources, coaching and mentoring, and opportunities for real-life application of their new skills and knowledge. The program is for Egyptians, aged between 18 to 30, who have a developed idea and 2 to 5 business partners with an innovative business idea focused on the development of Egypt (such as in the areas of transportation, health and environment).
