The job market appears to be undergoing a complete transformation, with artificial intelligence now being used to identify the right career path. This is precisely what Egyptian company Sprints has done. Offering the first comprehensive solution to bridge the tech talent gap in the Middle East and Africa, Sprints, in partnership with Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship (GIE), launched the Deep Tech Careers Hub 2025 event during GITEX Expand North Star in Dubai, as part of the Deep Tech MEA initiative.

AI Career Fortuneteller

Within this immersive AI ecosystem, participants discovered and developed their true potential through a series of transformative experiences. The AI Career Fortuneteller offered advanced assessments revealing each participant’s strengths, hidden skills, and ideal career paths, empowering them to identify roles where they could truly thrive. The AI Mock Interviews provided instant, data-driven feedback on communication, confidence, and technical ability, helping participants refine their performance and build real-world readiness. The journey culminated in on-ground physical interviews, connecting participants directly with employers offering opportunities aligned with their skills and ambitions.

Over four dynamic days, hundreds of talents didn’t just learn about the future; they stepped into it. The initiative transformed the traditional career fair into a data-driven journey of self-discovery and professional growth, blending technology, insight, and human connection. Participants left with personalized insights, actionable growth plans, and renewed confidence to navigate the fast-evolving landscape of tech and innovation.
