Egyptian AI startup Dovera.ai is strengthening its focus on the e-commerce sector as it prepares to expand its presence in the Saudi and UAE markets by 2027, positioning its platform as a unified solution for managing digital customer conversations.
Manage Customer Interactions
Tarek Qassem, Founder and CEO of Dovera.ai, said the company aims to redefine how businesses manage customer interactions at a time when social media conversations have become a primary channel for sales and customer support, yet are still handled through fragmented and disconnected tools.
Integrated Operating System
He explained that Dovera.ai offers an integrated operating system for conversational commerce, built around a unified omni-channel inbox combined with a fully embedded CRM, eliminating the need for external system integrations and giving businesses full visibility into the customer journey within a single platform.
Digital Conversations
According to Qassem, the platform targets businesses that rely heavily on digital conversations for sales and customer service, particularly in sectors such as e-commerce and healthcare. Its capabilities go beyond automated replies, enabling the execution of real operational workflows.
The platform’s AI Agent automatically captures leads, builds comprehensive customer profiles, and qualifies and segments them based on criteria tailored to each business, helping sales teams improve efficiency and conversion rates.
End-to-end Booking Management
Dovera.ai also supports end-to-end booking management, especially for clinics and medical centers, allowing customers to move seamlessly from conversation to appointment booking without human intervention. The system also enables the creation of support tickets, with all data recorded directly within the embedded CRM.
360-Degree View
Qassem noted that the platform provides businesses with a 360-degree view of each customer, managing the entire customer journey, from the first interaction on any channel to sales, bookings, and after-sales support, within a single, unified system.
This approach, he added, enables deeper insights into customer behavior, more accurate performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making in real time.
Expansion
On regional expansion, Qassem revealed that the company is currently running early pilot projects with clients in the Turkish market to assess market readiness and customer needs, ahead of any broader expansion plans.
Despite being in an early growth stage, Dovera.ai expects steady and sustainable growth of around 50% in customer numbers and operational volume, targeting approximately 100 clients by the end of 2026, with Gulf market expansion planned for 2027.
