Egytel for Communications has announced a strategic partnership with the Egyptian Company for the Production of Sera and Vaccines (Vacsera), one of Egypt’s key national institutions supporting the healthcare sector, following the signing of a cooperation agreement aimed at developing call center services.
Enhancing Communication Efficiency
The partnership marks an important step toward enhancing communication efficiency, supporting digital transformation, and improving service quality across healthcare operations.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ibrahim Gamal Abu Al-Ela, Chairman of Egytel for Communications, and Dr. Amir Gouda, Authorized General Manager of the Egyptian Company for the Production of Sera, Vaccines, and Pharmaceuticals, under the vision of Dr. Sherif El-Feel, Managing Director and CEO of the Holding Company for Biological Products and Vaccines (Vacsera).
Call Center Solutions
Founded in 2020, Egytel for Communications is an Egyptian company specializing in call center solutions and omnichannel communication platforms, designed to help organizations improve customer engagement, optimize operations, and scale efficiently.
Cloud-Based Communication Technologies
Egytel for Communications’ solutions are built on cloud-based communication technologies, eliminating the need for traditional on-premises PBX systems. This approach offers greater operational flexibility, enables remote work models, and allows organizations to manage communications more efficiently.
The platform enables the integration of short codes, mobile, and landline numbers into a unified system capable of handling high call volumes simultaneously, resulting in faster response times, improved service continuity, and a more seamless experience for end users.
Digitization of Communication Systems
Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Ibrahim Gamal Abu Al-Ela said the collaboration aims to modernize the call center infrastructure through the digitization of communication systems and the development of call management, reporting tools, and performance indicators, contributing to improved citizen experience and faster access to healthcare services.
He added that Egytel for Communications has already begun implementing the agreement to enhance communication workflows and service quality within Vacsera.
Vacsera
Vacsera is widely recognized as a key provider of operational and support services within Egypt’s healthcare sector, playing a central role in strengthening healthcare infrastructure through specialized, institution-focused solutions.
Artificial Intelligence
Eng. Abdelrahman Nady, CEO of Egytel for Communications, noted that the company currently operates branches in Cairo and Giza and is in the process of establishing a third branch in Jeddah, supported by its growing client base in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
He added that Egytel for Communications continuously develops its technology stack, including the use of artificial intelligence tools to support call center operations. These tools assist in automating responses, analyzing calls, and improving service quality through data-driven insights.
