Efreshli wraps up its seed round led by Algebra Ventures

Efreshli, an Egyptian interior design startup founded by Heba Elgabaly, has successfully secured seed funding, in a round led by Algebra Ventures, with participation from 500 Startups, Dar Ventures, and angel investors. This funding is important to scale its product range and improve its services.

Through Efreshli, customers can easily furnish and decorate their homes, all online. The platform showcases and sells thousands of products from over 150 top brands in Egypt, so consumers can enjoy seamless home shopping.

Efreshli's chief product officer (CPO) Dina Elhaddad brings 15 years of consumer technology experience. Before joining Efreshli, Dina was a senior member of the Google team and on the team that developed industry-leading products such as Google Assistant and Google Shopping.

With new funding and with Dina El Haddad joining as co-founder and CPO, we can accelerate our tech-driven growth and take Efreshli to new heights, bringing us closer to our mission of making interior design accessible for everyone,” said Elgabaly.

Elhaddad expressed her excitement about taking part in Efreshli's journey to revolutionize home furnishing in Egypt and throughout the region.
