XceleRise stands as a strategic initiative aimed at empowering approximately 30 startups with invaluable industry knowledge and market insights, facilitated by key experts. The program's primary objectives include guiding these startups towards successful international scaling of operations and facilitating capital raising by leveraging Endeavor's extensive global network.

Cohort 2 is currently open for applications, with a focus on fundraising strategies and introductions, market expansion guidelines, and in-person visits to five selected countries. Additionally, the program emphasizes networking and stakeholder engagement to foster connections with mentors, investors, and industry professionals. XceleRise caters to a diverse range of sectors, promoting competitive enterprises and job creation, especially in fintech, ed-tech, health-tech, logistics, and smart city sectors, with a commitment to fair supply chains and sustainable global transformations.

The program unfolds in 3 phases:

  • Phase 1 includes an Investor Webinar Series, facilitating the matchmaking of investors with startups and creating opportunities for connecting with experts and industry peers. This phase aims to enhance understanding of investment dynamics in selected countries and ease the process of fundraising.
  • In Phase 2, "Ask The Experts" sessions provide guidelines on market expansion, discussing challenges faced during global expansion and connecting startups with experts from five markets selected by the startups.
  • Pahse 3: Market Access - Country Visit.

This thorough approach ensures a deep understanding of market and investment dynamics, preparing the startups for market penetration and effective fundraising.

The eligibility criteria are sector-agnostic, targeting companies in the pre-Series/Series A stage with a minimum annual revenue of $250k (EGP 8M-10M), a minimum of 10 employees, and aspirations for international expansion within the MEA region coupled with a focus on raising capital.
