The number one factor for startup success

8 years 2 weeks ago

"The startup organization is one of the greatest forms to make the world a better place. But if the startup is so great, why do so many fail?" This is how Bill Gross started his TED talk trying to question the reasons why companies succeed. Bill is the founder of Idealab, a business incubator focused on new ideas. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 12 and started many successful startups one of them was a solar energy company at high school. In college, he patented a new loudspeaker design.

Bill has hit curiosity about the success and the failure of others. So he collected data about hundred of companies and studied what's common between them. In his video, he explains those factors, releasing the number one factor with case studies from many well-known companies including Google and Uber.

Bill calls himself the "Idea guy", you don't want to miss listening to fresh new ideas from him.
