ICommunity is now Lyve! A new facelift simplifying life in compounds

iCommunity is announcing the launch of its new brand ‘Lyve’ as the community management platform rolled out to Real Estate Developers, Home Owners Associations and residents of their compounds. The app aims to connect all in one single simplified platform, transforming customer engagement and offering more services.

This helps us cater to our premium clients’ needs beyond their typical engagement with management.  With the new platform, we are also adding key features to improve maintenance collection fees which is one of the key challenges for Home Owners Associations and Real Estate Developers. iCommunity, launched August 2016, was the first platform for compound management with key clients such as Palm Hills, La Vista, Rooya, MNHD, and Katameya Heights. iCommunity has over 50 compounds with about 40,000 units. Key venture capital fund ‘Algebra Ventures’ invested in iCommunity in June 2018.
