Nozol: The first CRM Real Estate Platform in the Middle East

Nozol is the first specialized technological platform in the field of real estate. Not only does it offer solutions to professionals working in real estate companies and brokerage firms, but it is also a great tool for consumers looking to buy or rent houses on the Internet.

“Last June, we launched the first phase of our project, which focuses on real estate companies – whether marketing or brokerage firms.” said Ahmed Ezzat, founder of Nozol.

Nozol’s Impact on Society

Nozol’s team believe that their main impact is furthering the Egyptian economy and that is through providing an easy to use application for real estate professionals to help them manage their companies.

Furthermore, Nozol will impact society’s personal and professional levels by addressing the people’s and companies’ real estate needs, respectively. It will focus on three main aspects which are the management of marketing and sales, customer service, and installment collection.

It will also provide business owners, managers, and sales and marketing teams with the necessary technological tools to manage their relationships with potential customers and their companies’ performances through the tool’s sales predictions.

Nozol strongly believes that its users are the company’s marketers, amongst their families and friends, and, therefore, Nozol strives to provide them with the best customer service to ensure their utmost satisfaction and loyalty.

Furthermore, Nozol works using a strong installment collection system that actively manages and follows monthly installment payments. It also uses a notification system that supports sending short messages and emails, entailing information about the amounts due and payment dates, to its customers, making the installment collection process smoother and friendlier.

Ezzat guarantees that, through Nozol, the rate of professionals that use technology to improve their work will increase significantly which will lead to the growth of the real estate economy which makes up no less than 20 percent of the Egyptian economy.

These advantages and perks will be appreciated by citizens as they see how easy and more professional is communicating with a real estate company through an online streamlined platform.

Future Vision

According to Ezzat, Nozol faced many challenges such as the real estate companies’ lack of knowledge of the available technology and their specific needs. “We are trying to satisfy their needs, which requires a lot of time,” he added.

While there aren’t many competitors in the field of CRM, they still maintain a big percentage of the market because of their experience, seniority, and prices. However, Nozol are working on adding value to their system by incorporating their experience in the real estate business; hence, this gives them the opportunity to offer some unique features and services which give them an edge over their competitors.

When asked about the second phase of Nozol which incorporates real estate brokers into the platform, Ezzat replied saying “we are planning on launching it within the 3 months; the amount of real estate brokers in Egypt are around 500,000 people and therefore it is a challenge but an essential step for Nozol.”

Awards and achievements

Nozol won first place in Start IT’s 11th competition which was hosted by the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, TIEC.

According to Ezzat, Nozol’s system was sold to 25 different companies since its launching, and they are saving 65% of their expenses. As for the investments, Nozol’s team have yet to receive any investments but they have started opening the first round of seed-funding as well as talked to different venture capitals. “We’ll try to finish the round as soon as possible,” he added.

Furthermore, Nozol has participated lately in the GITEX, Gulf Information Technology Exhibition, which, according to Ezzat, it was a good opportunity for Nozol to know more about the different startups in the Middle East and the techniques of displaying one’s products. “We attended different sessions and we discussed how startups can work on developing their communities. In addition to that, we met five different investors and we negotiated potential deals with some companies in Saudi Arabia, though we have yet to agree to on anything,” said Ezzat. Nozol had also participated as an exhibitioner startup in RiseUp summit 2016.

Say Something to Young Students and Entrepreneurs

Ezzat’s advice to new entrepreneurs is “start applying your idea immediately, and don’t wait for anything; but of course, make a good plan and pick your team carefully before beginning on the application.”
