11 New Startups Graduate MINT Incubator

Eleven startups graduated last week from MINT incubator which is powered by EG Bank, in partnership with Cairo Angels in Fall 2018 cycle on Thursday, and entrepreneurs presented their businesses and asked for different investments.

“In the ecosystem, almost all of us know and help one another, this is very positive in a world full of wars and depression. Today, the ecosystem in Egypt is optimistic and working together to grow their startups,” said Khaled Ismail, founder of Himangel fund and a previous Consultant for the Minister of Communication.

The startups work in diverse industries, Elmetr is the first legal tech startup in the Arab World, Mayday and Enkaaz offer on-demand roadside assistance, and Foorera offers a carpooling app as a solution for the increase in gas prices and traffic congestion.

Biobekia is a waste management company that collects garbage and sells it to recycling companies. ElGameya manages money circles online, and Elephas is a platform that allows its users to follow a real map to collect Elephas coins through virtual reality to receive a lot of discounts in stores and restaurants.

Apoteka facilitates pharmaceutical services for patients and pharmacists, and Vetwork connects clients with Vets.
