The recognition was announced at the group’s annual International Conference in Istanbul, which hosted representatives from over 150 countries. In the same week, Avis Egypt also secured the title of “Egypt’s Leading Car Rental Company” for the ninth year in a row, according to the World Travel Awards, and received Booking.com’s “Customer Favorite” accolade—an award driven by user reviews and service quality ratings. These achievements underscore the company’s consistent excellence and its growing alignment with Egypt’s surging tourism sector, which recorded $8.7 billion in revenue in the first half of FY2024/2025 and saw a 25% year-on-year increase in tourist arrivals during Q1 2025.
