An interactive live webinar on the Power of Using Empathy in Designing New Products.
Design Thinking is a powerful tool that helps people develop creative and useful innovations that people actually want and need. The tool follows a simple process and it all starts off with empathy. So what is the meaning of the word ‘empathy’? And is it a skill that we are born with or that can be taught? And if so, how to develop it so that we can design products that customers love?
Join PDMA Egypt Chapter on Saturday, April 24th at 3:30 PM Cairo time (GMT+2) for a live webinar on the Power of Using Empathy in Designing New Products. Presented by Nariman Lotfi, Product Design Instructor at the German University in Cairo and Co-founder and Member of the Board of PDMA Egypt Chapter.
