Nawah Social Entrepreneurship Challenge 2017
The Egyptian Innovation Award for the Social Entrepreneurship Challenge - held by MCSBE in cooperation with the ILO, USAID, and GIZ - has opened the door for applications until 15th September 2017.
The competition targets start-ups that have solutions to social problems and impact Egyptian society.This year’s competition include three categories, which are youth-entrepreneurs over 18 years and under 35 years old-, schools-high school students under 19 years old-, and businesses that operate in the arts and culture field, such as developing skills of artists, spreading artistic practices or development through art and culture by using art as a means for community development or critical thinking.
After the first stage of applications, the filtering process will begin in October and proceed in several provinces around Egypt. If selected, you will be invited to the closest event to your province. In the third stage, finalists will be invited to the Egypt Entrepreneurship Summit in November, and receive tailored training. Prizes for the winners include financial prizes up to 60,000EGP, mentoring, online and offline exposure. Don’t miss your chance to apply here.
