Jumia and Mogo Sign Strategic Partnership to Expand Digital Installment Solutions

Jumia, Africa’s leading e-commerce platform, and Mogo, a leading consumer finance solutions provider, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement aimed at expanding digital installment solutions and offering more flexible payment options for e-commerce customers in the Egyptian market.
Driving Digital Transformation
This partnership comes as part of both companies’ commitment to supporting digital transformation in the payments sector and delivering innovative financial solutions that simplify the online shopping experience and enhance customers’ purchasing power.
The move aligns with the rapid evolution of consumer behavior and the growing reliance on digital channels for purchases.
Flexible Installment Plans
The agreement aims to provide Jumia customers with clear and transparent installment plans through the seamless integration of Mogo’s financing solutions into the e-commerce platform.
The integration is designed to ensure a simple, secure, and hassle-free user experience, without additional complications or hidden burdens. The partnership also seeks to accelerate the adoption of modern digital payment solutions and promote financial inclusion across a broader segment of users throughout Egypt.
Joint Promotional Campaign
Alongside the signing of the agreement, Jumia and Mogo announced the launch of their first joint campaign under the “Triple Zero” system, enabling customers to benefit from installment plans with zero down payment, zero interest, and zero administrative fees, with repayment periods of up to 12 months.
The campaign will run for a limited time, one week only, from February 9 to February 15 on Jumia’s platform, aiming to encourage customers to try digital installment solutions and take advantage of their benefits.

In this context, Abdel Latif Olama, CEO of Jumia Egypt, said: “This partnership is part of Jumia’s strategy to expand digital payment solutions and enhance the installment options available to our customers.
