Allianz Insurance - Egypt signed a strategic partnership agreement in healthcare and mental health sector with “Esaal” platform, a digital platform operating in providing comprehensive medical care, mental health, and nutrition consultations in the Middle East and North Africa. The aim of this partnership is to provide an integrated digital journey for medical insurance and healthcare for Allianz customers, including individuals, institutions, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) , as soon as the required approvals are obtained from the relevant authorities.

Through this partnership, ”Esaal” platform will provide Allianz customers in Egypt with easy access to the best digital solutions for comprehensive healthcare and mental health. The platform will also provide reliable and secure consultation channels through text messages, phone calls, remote consultations, and video calls. This step enables Allianz Insurance to continue its digital transformation in the field of medical insurance by providing an integrated digital journey for its customers, starting from medical and mental health consultations all the way to treatment provision.
