Logistics and Supply Chain Workshop

The workshop provides an overview of the main skills and drivers needed when viewing supply chains from a value chain point of view. It examines the fundamentals of supply chain management, supervisory skills, negotiation skills, while the workshops will deal with inventory and warehouse management, as well as logistics.
