Flat6Labs is organizing the Growth Hacking 101 workshop, which is hosted by TIEC – Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. The workshop includes Business Model Development session and talks given by Ahmed El Sherif, Flat6Labs Program Manager, and Willie Elamein, Flat6Labs Cairo’s Managing Director.

The workshop is for aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who have startups in early stages.

Objectives

• Help aspiring entrepreneurs understand the fundamentals of building a startup in the early stage.
• Participants will learn how to define their problem and understand their customer need.
• Learn how to design a business model that enables them to deliver value to their market.
• Learn how to identify the most effective marketing and customer acquisition channels.
• Learn how to combine marketing channels and business model development to rapidly hack through acquiring and building a user/customer base for their products.
