Problem
Fakka Association for Entrepreneurship and Community Partnerships is a non-governmental, non-profit organization working to achieve sustainable social impact by converting leftover coins (change) from store receipts, supermarkets, and e-commerce into small and medium enterprises that build and develop communities across Egypt. The association also works on forming partnerships with other institutions in various fields.
This led to the idea of the Smart Box, and your collaboration is needed to transform and develop the initial design into a more innovative version! Requirements and Constraints
Basic Requirements:
The box must include a sensor to track the amount of change inside and display it on a screen.
The screen must allow the customer to select the project to which the change will be donated.
The box must be able to issue an electronic receipt for each transaction (e.g., as a message to the customer’s phone or similar).
Feature to track the amount of change contributed by each customer to build trust between Fakka and its clients, with the box storing customer data.
The development cost of the box should be reasonable, preferably under 1,000 Egyptian pounds, to allow easy replication in multiple locations.
Preferred Requirements:
Interactive animations for navigating between the box’s display screens.
A small internet-connected camera inside the box giving the customer the option to take a photo at the end of the transaction and upload it to social media with a comment.

All submissions must be completed by Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 12:00 AM. Late entries may not be considered.
The total reward is 12,000 Egyptian pounds, granted according to the following conditions:
Submit the solution as a prototype that demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution.
The solution must include a clear work plan for implementation, specifying the estimated time for each step and details on how the reward will be used to develop the prototype. The plan should also include the cost of producing 100 units of the box.
The reward will be paid in installments based on milestones set by the solution provider in the implementation plan.
The reward includes funding for the prototype, unless the winner provides their own prototype or agrees with another person or entity to fund its development.
If intellectual property rights are not registered for the innovation, it is preferable to provide only an overview of the solution without any technical details.
