Ebda3 is an evolving community center with various integrating projects aiming for developing youth academically and professionally to introduce trustworthy skillful individuals each with his unique character and print, through training program skills development sessions and career guidance events Goodland is an LLC based in USA and Cairo in Rehab City offering various developmental programs for youths aiming at providing training and awareness.

Both entities are centered around providing solutions for gaps in the society, and the youth specifically.

Ebda3 & Goodland are currently working on BZNS MAP, an intensive business school aimed at seniors in business faculties, business administration/commerce graduates, or anyone who wants to start their own business and lacks necessary knowledge or seeking fund for their idea.

In BZNS MAP, there are 3 major phases: Phase one is sessions covering the most important pillars to start any business. Starting with basics of entrepreneurship and economics, passing through idea generation phases and then actual necessary plans like Business plan, financial plan, business model canvas.

Afterwards, the participants will work in teams in phase two on different projects. They will be asked to apply what they learned in the sessions and to develop their projects. Their performance will be evaluated and participants will be filtered to enter phase three.

In phase 3 they will present their projects to a panel of judges in presence of investors. Winners will get their idea/project funded, while those not chosen will receive an internship in a major multinational corporation.

The one-month business school has an excellent staff of businessmen and entrepreneurs as mentors for the sessions such as Omar El Shenity, Tarek Fahim, and Yasser Shaker are a few names
