Getting an overview of vast spaces of farms on a daily basis is a difficult task for farmers, and it becomes difficult for them to detect disease and pest infestation in that can spread quickly if not properly treated.

Solution

Aerobotics is a South African startup that uses satellites, drones and artificial intelligence (AI) to help farmers manage their fields and check information easily on their smartphones. The intelligent maps and data generated from the cultivated land can identify problems and plant diseases, and show the farmer how to optimize their resources.
