Everything You Need To Know About Unbound: Bahrain’s Innovation Festival
On 6 and 7 March, Unbound Bahrain, an innovation festival, will be held in conjunction with Startup Bahrain Week. It’s held in partnership with the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) and supported by StartUp Bahrain.
The festival aims to attract and bridge the gap between 3,000+ startups, investors and businesses from across the world. They will all meet in Bahrain to hear from 100+ influential speakers and take part in brand experiences, hackathons, startup battles and networking sessions. This year’s themes include: AI, fintech, sustainability, energy, investment, blockchain, digital wellbeing, workforce and more.
The festival also gives startups a platform to meet brands, investors and senior decision makers from around the world. You can exhibit your startup in the Unbound50 Zone or pitch to a panel of investors, or take part in the Female Founders Challenge.
The Unbound50 Zone 50 of MENA's most promising startups will be showcased. It will provide a networking platform for entrepreneurs, government and corporate innovators to connect with the right partners for growth and collaboration.
Early and late stage startups will get the opportunity to pitch for 3 minutes on the Future Stage in front of an audience of investors from the MENA region, Asia & Europe.
The Female Founders Challenge will feature five of MENA's leading female entrepreneurs who will have five minutes to pitch their business before a panel of judges, with prizes for the winner and runner-up.
