Trevi, an emerging fintech application, has recently launched in Egypt's rapidly growing digital payment market. The app introduces a secure and user-friendly platform that not only facilitates transactions but also offers a compelling loyalty rewards system.

Launched in February 2025, Trevi aims to capitalize on the increasing demand for digital payment solutions in Egypt, promising secure transaction methods and comprehensive financial management tools. With a robust plan to attract 11.4 million users within the next five years, Trevi is positioning itself as a key player in the expanding sector.

The app provides instant cashback, loyalty rewards without caps, and valuable financial insights tailored to individual spending patterns. A notable feature under development is the Family Wallet, designed to help households manage their finances collectively.

In line with the Egyptian government’s push towards financial inclusion, Trevi makes financial services accessible to a broader audience. The app supports various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, QR codes, and soon, NFC technology for even more convenience.

Trevi's CEO, Antony Sobhy, highlighted the app’s dual focus on security and user benefits. "Trevi is transforming how consumers manage their finances by combining secure transactions with innovative loyalty programs tailored to their spending habits," he stated.

Looking beyond Egypt, Trevi has ambitious plans to expand its services to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Morocco, and other countries in the North Africa and Levant regions. This expansion will support Trevi’s goal of boosting the fintech sector across these areas.

Additionally, the company is working on introducing Trevi Spaces, a new feature aimed at helping users manage shared expenses efficiently. With partnerships across various sectors like groceries, dining, and electronics, Trevi is set to enhance its service offerings and redefine the digital payment landscape in Egypt and beyond.
