ITIDA/TIEC Select Startups To Exhibit At GITEX Dubai

As part of our role in supporting the growth of Egyptian startups TIEC/ITIDA provide a significant opportunity of accessing new markets, going international and exporting Egyptian innovations. To show case Egypt's growing tech startup community, ITIDA/TIEC are selecting a number of Egyptian startups to exhibit at our first 100 M2 country-branded pavilion in a premium location at GITEX future stars.

GITEX is the biggest technology show in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia (MENASA) where over 400 startup and companies from all over the globe will be showcasing their ideas, network with potential partners, and ultimately pitch themselves to the world’s leading venture capitalists and investors.
The weeklong exhibition is the ultimate place to target new business opportunities, earn valuable coaching from the best of the best, create a priceless network of investor connections and pitch your ideas live on the GITEX 2019 stage.

To show case Egypt's growing tech startup community, ITIDA/TIEC is selecting startups from all over Egypt to exhibit at GITEX as part of the TIEC startup Internationalization Program.

GITEX 2019 (TIEC Startup Support) Timeline:

- Application Deadline: Saturday, Aug. 31st, 2019

- Announcing the selected startups: Thursday, Sep. 5th, 2019

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be  registered on ITIDA database.
  • Less than 5 years old
  • Showing success rate/cases
  • Innovative product in one of these fields: Cloud, Consumer Technology, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Hardware, Enterprise Software, GSM Exchange, Mobility, Network Infrastructure, 3D Printing, Robotics, Security, Autonomous Vehicles, UAVs, Smart Living and wearables, Drones, I-cities
  • The company should not have had ITIDA/TIEC’s support to exhibit at GITEX as a start-up before.
