In this session, we will take you through a journey that describes how forgers are using generative AI to create fake videos. We will also discuss how to use AI to detect if a video is fake or not - fighting fire with fire.
Generative AI is not only used for generating text. However, it can be applied in different other domains. We will discuss also How generative AI works and other applications for generative AI. In addition to different techniques to detect if content is generated by generative AI tools or not.

Abdelrahman Darwish
Abdulrahman Darwish obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from the German University in Cairo in 2011 and 2013 in the field of communication engineering. He has 12 years of experience between the academia and the industry. He has different domain knowledge in the fields of oil and gas, sports analytics and telecom. His main interest is in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Abdulrahman is currently a principal data scientist at Dell Technologies in the 5G team.
Mohamed Abouzeid
"Mohamed Abouzeid is a Data Scientist and a Machine learning Engineer. Mohamed is currently managing a team of data scientists and Software engineers under Telecom business unit at Dell Technologies. He worked under the office of the CTO and in the IOT business units for more than 4 years. Mohamed has been enabling and implementing machine learning / deep learning algorithms within Dell Technologies for more than 5 years. He has co-authored more than 15 patents in technology forecasting, in enabling secure machine learning in federated paradigm and in 5G. He is passionate about anything that is data and technology related."
