Dr. Rasha Negm has more than 19 years of unique experience under her belt, she worked in some of the most well-known banks, multinationals, and leading Mobile Operator in Egypt. Dr. Negm, the Assistant Sub-governor of FinTech and Innovation for the Central Bank of Egypt, leads on Egypt FinTech strategy implementation and innovation ecosystem enablement, she previously assumed the role of head of Mobile Payment where she has held this position from June 2017, overlooking the mobile payment industry in Egypt. 

Dr. Negm has worked as a Product Management Strategy head for Vodafone Cash in Vodafone Egypt, from June 2014 to May 2017. Previously in 2011, she worked as DGM in Product Development and Liabilities and Wealth Management in Bank of Alexandria, Intesa San Paolo Group until 2014. Before this, Dr. Negm served as the Director in Product Development in the National Bank of Egypt.
