Africa and Middle East Conference on Software Engineering (AMECSE) is the leading conference on Software Engineering in Africa and the Middle East. This year’s edition is organized by SECC of ITIDA in cooperation with ACM SIGSOFT, with the theme of ‘Software Innovation for smart Knowledge Cities’.
