The Knowledge City in the New Administrative Capital will contribute more than EGP 15 billion to Egypt's comprehensive vision and plan to transform Egypt into a digital society, as outlined in the Egypt Vision 2030.
Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), Creativa Innovation Hub, the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Universal Design and Assistive Technologies (AT), an applied research center, as well as multiple service buildings, and the main control building, are all part of the KC.
The Electronics Innovation Center will be one of the research and development centers in Knowledge City.
The new Administrative Capital's Electronics Innovation Center offers an integrated work environment with cutting-edge smart infrastructure. For companies considering relocating, the center offers incentives such as a three-year exemption from premises rental fees.
In exchange for operational costs and no profit, the center also offers technical laboratories such as clean rooms, MEMS, fourth industrial generation, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, and multimedia.
