The L.A. New Mobility Challenge

Entrepreneurs in the field of mobility will be able to take part in a global startup competition with the chance exhibit in the LA CoMotion Conference as well as the public expo at no cost. Your startup should be focused on one of these core mobility issues: shared mobility, personal mobility, electrification, autonomous vehicles, and smart infrastructure. All competing companies should be less than 5 years old, revenue at less than $5 million, still be a beta, pilot, or prototype version of the product.

Deadline for submission is 22 September 2017 and only three start-ups will be selected per category, all 15 of which will be competing during the conference by presenting several fast pitches. The overall challenge champion will receive $15,000, and $2,500 per category winner. There is also the chance to receive support from sponsors, membership to LACI’s business incubation program, access to the La Kretz Innovation Campus, and/or equipment used in LACI’s Advanced Prototyping Center.
