We’ve all experienced the guilt of forgetting to water a plant for a few days and having it die. If only there was a way our plants could water themselves for when we travel or for days when we forget.

Solution

Self-watering plants! Or more specifically, plant pots that separate water from the soil. Ikea’s self-watering plant pots are maybe one of the most well known self-watering plant systems. The idea is that the reservoir of the pot is filled and, depending on the pot and size of the plant, can last up to 2 weeks.This is a perfect solution for the travelers that love their plants.
