Falak Startups, one of Egypt’s leading accelerators, and Sanad Partners, a private investment office with diversified sector investments and venture-building capabilities, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable business growth in Egypt and the wider MENA region.

Thriving Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
The agreement reflects both parties’ shared commitment to fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem by combining Falak’s deep expertise in startup acceleration with Sanad Partners’ institutional investment capabilities and track record in building scalable ventures.

Falak’s Commitment
“This collaboration extends Falak’s commitment to founders beyond acceleration,” said Hazem El Dakroury, managing director of Falak Startups.
He added “Working with Sanad Partners allows us to ensure that promising startups continue receiving the guidance, resources, and network support they need to thrive beyond their early stages.”

High-Growth Enterprises
Bahi Hassan, CEO of Sanad Partners, said his firm was committed to creating long-term value by supporting the next generation of high-growth enterprises.
“Our partnership with Falak strengthens the pipeline between early-stage innovation and institutional investment, enabling founders to scale with discipline and ambition,” he said.

Launching Joint Programmes
The partnership focuses on launching joint programmes and investment vehicles aimed at accelerating startups and scaling SMEs. Both parties will co-design initiatives around investment readiness, operational excellence, and governance development to support founders in transforming early-stage ventures into sustainable enterprises.

Investment
The collaboration also includes building sector-focused investment vehicles that deploy capital into high-potential companies while contributing to broader ecosystem development.

National Entrepreneurship Landscape
In addition, the partnership will work to strengthen the national entrepreneurship landscape by connecting founders with investors, corporates, and policymakers through shared events, mentorship, and knowledge-driven ecosystem activities.
