Tarek worked as a Director in Skopos Consulting, a boutique consulting firm serving fortune 500 companies in MENA. 

Before that, Tarek worked in IBM Global Delivery Services leading embedded SW development teams delivering state of the art technology in Egypt, Germany and France. In 2006 Mr.Fahim was awarded the IBM Team Award for his extraordinary achievements.  

Besides, Tarek founded Alboraq, a leading Non-for Profit Organization in Egypt focused on Hands-on youth development.
