Amr Hareedy is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. Amr joined Levari in 2017 as a member of the corporate team. 

Amr specializes in corporate and commercial law where he deals with all aspects at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, and advises clients on numerous aspects of corporate matters in different industries.

Amr ‘s expertise is in contract drafting, company procedures, corporate matters. 

Amr now is referred to “The Legal Clinic” as SME Legal Counsel where his job mainly is to support Startups and entrepreneurs by helping in solving any legal struggles they might have.

Amr believes in empowering young people and entrepreneurs to start their own business and maximizing their impact on the community. Amr is friendly, approachable and technically smart. 

Amr graduated in 2016 from the faculty of Law, Ain Shams University (English section). Amr Hareedy is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Egyptian Bar  Association.
