Inspire Egypt Programme Fund

It is the British Embassy’s program to support innovative initiatives in voluntary and social entrepreneurship. There is 75,000 Sterling Pound as a total fund available to finance Inspire Egypt Projects for the fiscal year 2017/2018.

The program electronically reimburses the expenses of bidders to the active bank account of the implementer with the name of the organization.

A project concept note must be submitted by interested organizations to apply for funding. Then, the Post Program Board will assess based on financial and operational capacity, relevance, methodology, sustainability, budget, and cost-effectiveness to training the proposals.

Audience

The program targets Non-Profit Organizations and start-ups.

Objectives

It also aims to 

1. Creating a space of leadership by training, mentoring, and collaborating through created forums.
2. Motivating the engagement of volunteers and community to address social challenges, for instance by training volunteers and connecting them with causes, and building the capacity of community organizations.
3. Allowing them working on other priority areas of the British Embassy such as creating better job opportunities for both genders and improving their skills, supporting human rights, and improving the environment of business.
