BlackRadar is a Unified Threat Intelligence and Digital Risk Visibility Platform

Problem Statement
Organizations have a major blind spot outside their perimeter: breached credentials, leaked PII, and early threat signals often surface on dark web forums and illicit marketplaces long before defenders notice.
Because these exposures are “silent,” teams don’t know they exist until damage is already underway.
Proposed Solution
BlackRadar is a unified threat intelligence and digital risk visibility platform that continuously monitors external threat surfaces—dark web forums/markets, ransomware activity, vulnerability disclosures (CVEs), and broader threat intelligence feeds. Instead of relying on scattered tools, it centralizes these signals into one organization-centric view, helping teams detect exposures and emerging threats before they become incidents.
At its core, the platform performs real-time dark web monitoring for organization mentions, leaked credentials, and PII exposure, paired with vulnerability intelligence that tracks relevant CVEs, severity levels, and affected vendor/product information. These intelligence streams are correlated to provide actionable context (what happened, who is impacted, and how urgent it is), reducing noise and improving decision-making.
Benefits
SMEs organizations that need proactive external threat visibility—especially those in finance, healthcare, e-commerce, tech, and other data-rich industries where credential theft and extortion are common.
Technologies Used
Core components include FastAPI for the service layer, MongoDB for flexible threat/intelligence data storage, Celery for background jobs and scheduled monitoring tasks, and Elasticsearch for fast search, correlation, and analytics across large volumes of intelligence data.
Google ADK for LLM integrations needed.
