Fakartak Sharikatak Center has announced the organization of the fifth seminar in its Intellectual Property Rights series, in cooperation with Al-Tabbakh Legal Firm, under the title: “Legal Risk Management in Licensing Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.”
The seminar will be delivered by Mr. Omar Al-Tabbakh, Founder and CEO of Al-Tabbakh Legal Firm, Head of the Legislative and Legal Committee at the National Center for Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship, Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the National Institute of Intellectual Property, and a member of the Egyptian Society of International Law.
