1864 Accelerator and SeedStars World are organizing Global FinTech Week in Cairo. The event will discuss how FinTech is disrupting mobile, business, and banking globally and in Egypt. Global FinTech will feature different speakers such as Sherif Elbehery, Retail & Business Banking Director: Barclays Bank Egypt, Josselin Vaillant, VAS Director- Myriad Group, Simeon Ononobi, CEO, and Founder: SimplePay and Michael Weber, Co-founder: Seedstars.
As well as a keynote speaker Omar Arabyat, Regional Product Manager: Orange Jordan followed by 1864 Accelerator FinTech Startups will showcase the progress of their FinTech ideas. The event will take place at Flat6labs Cairo Office.
1864 accelerator is considered the first local fin-tech. focused startup program of its kind in Egypt which aims to transform entrepreneurs' ideas into cost- effective business solutions.
