The program includes a set of practical modules covering how to generate and clearly formulate a project idea, methods for evaluating ideas using simplified market and customer research tools, and ways to test ideas through a quick prototype or MVP. It also introduces the Business Model framework, first launch steps, and common early-stage startup mistakes to avoid, along with hands-on exercises that help participants turn their ideas into actionable plans.
