If you have a business plan and a prototype and you are looking for incubation at one of TIEC's incubator centers. You can now apply to TIEC incubation at any time during the year. Every three months, the submitted applications will be evaluated and an invitation for pitching will be sent to the preliminary accepted teams. The incubation package exists of: - 60,000 EGP in Cash over three installments based on milestones achievement - Up to 120,000 EGP of in-kind services such as consultancy services, software, hardware and support in marketing. - A working space with basic furniture and Internet Access. - Basic hardware and software tools during incubation time. - Access to technical, subject-matter advisory, business consulting and mentoring.

“Breakfast with an Investor” seeks to connect incubated and graduated startups with (prospective) investors. The main aim for the investor is to know if and what team to continue talking with and invest in. For the startup, it is to build interest and conduct further meetings with investors, as well as listening to other startups at a similar stage.

The purpose of the Regulatory Sandbox is to pave the way for faster and easier access to new financial solutions and embed compliance within the FinTech ecosystem at an early stage. This will not only allow FinTech innovators to focus on their core offering but also ensure that consumers and other players in the market are not adversely affected by the regulatory uncertainty of the disruptive FinTech activities. FinTech startups and financial institutions can apply to test their innovative applications in a live environment under the guidance and supervision of the sandbox team in the Central Bank of Egypt.

“Business Accelerator 101” – its slogan “Grow or End” – to make a rapid shift in the performance of companies that have been incubated and graduated to the labor market, which can lead to rapid economic return on Egyptian society and create new jobs. While incubators are essentially non-profit and their funding is provided as non-refundable grants, accelerators are investment where funding aims to develop the capital provided to startups, and therefore the companies involved in the accelerators are attractive to capital and investors.
