Problem

Egypt’s digital transformation has expanded rapidly, increasing exposure to cyber threats across sectors. There is a growing need for innovative, locally developed cybersecurity solutions that protect data, networks, and critical infrastructure while supporting government and private-sector initiatives for a secure Digital Egypt.

Requirements and Constraints

 Participants must:

• Be Egyptian youth aged 18–35 (individuals or teams of up to 4).

• Present original and applicable ideas related to cybersecurity (no prior commercialization).

• Ensure technical feasibility within the hackathon period.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in cybersecurity solution design.

• Submit projects within the hackathon’s specified timeline.

Expected Deliverables

• A prototype or demo addressing a cybersecurity challenge (e.g., data protection, network defense, privacy tools).

• A business model summary demonstrating market viability.

• A presentation deck explaining the solution’s functionality, impact, and scalability.
