No College Degree? No Problem! Google, Apple and IBM drop college requirement

Google, Apple, IBM, Ernst & Young, Hilton, Bank of America amongst big technology and service companies drop requirements for a college degree from their job applicants. This means that people without a college degree will be able to get the attention of recruiters given they have relevant experience for the job. The job openings are not tied to just entry-level jobs. There are openings for managerial positions, engineers, advisors and seniors.

Glassdoor compiled a list of all companies that no longer require a degree for applicants to apply to jobs. This monumental move comes as a part of job seekers trying to be more diverse and more inclusive of everyone. This also gives a chance to those who attended coding boot camps or pursued non-traditional courses other than traditional academic learning to get hired.
